Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of provider contracts and network strategies across multiple product lines. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure network adequacy, optimize provider performance, and implement scalable contracting models.

The Medical Director provides clinical oversight and performs medical necessity reviews for Home Health, DME, and Home Infusion Therapy. They conduct peer-to-peer consultations and provide guidance to associates on clinical guidelines and authorization requests.

Conduct utilization reviews to determine medical necessity across various post-acute care services. Collaborate with providers and internal staff to ensure evidence-based care decisions and meet service level agreements.
