Assess and manage patients with acute illnesses and injuries through telehealth, working with on-scene clinicians and care coordinators to deliver evidence-based care in patients’ homes. Document care promptly, assess risks affecting acute and chronically ill patients, and follow safety, quality, regulatory, and confidentiality standards.
