Act as the primary contact for service customers and coordinate service technicians both domestically and abroad. Responsibilities include managing service reports, invoicing, creating offers for spare parts, and collaborating on sales strategies.

The engineer will perform reactive maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections on automated material handling equipment at various customer sites. They are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to strict health and safety standards and company technical protocols.
