You will lead the Operational Excellence team for passenger and corporate demand in Argentina and Uruguay to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. This involves optimizing processes, implementing AI-driven solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.
Site Reliability Engineers will evolve the infrastructure platform by building self-service components used by all engineering teams and millions of users globally, while working closely with Product and Infrastructure teams to architect world-class infrastructure components. They will also design and implement tooling to enhance service availability, scalability, observability, and latency, and increase reliability awareness across other teams.
