Responsible for the development, production, and data-driven optimization of video formats for YouTube and social media to maximize watch time and engagement. This includes creating scripts, managing post-production, and monitoring KPIs to improve content performance.

The trainee will create editorial content including news, background reports, and features on cryptocurrency, DeFi, and digital assets. They will also conduct interviews, attend industry events, and actively contribute topic suggestions to the editorial team.

The manager will be responsible for the strategic marketing of the Plus+ membership, optimizing customer journeys, and implementing retention measures in collaboration with Marketing and Development teams. Key tasks include managing web/mobile shops, payment processing, dynamic paywall control, and executing email/push notification campaigns to drive user activity and new customer acquisition.
