Request for Proposal (RFP) – Macro-Fiscal and Public Financial Management Consultant (Based in Any Sub-Saharan African Country)
The consultant will conduct macro-fiscal and public financial management assessments across seven African countries to support the institutionalization of government-led Graduation programs. They will also provide strategic advice on engaging with multilateral institutions like the World Bank and AfDB to secure long-term financing.
