The producer will field inbound insurance quote requests and conduct outbound customer contacts to sell RV, home, and auto insurance. They are responsible for maintaining accurate agency records, building client relationships, and meeting individual sales and growth targets.

The associate is responsible for researching, verifying, and sourcing parts to support service operations while maintaining accurate documentation. They will collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and resolve supply challenges.

The technician will respond to inbound support requests via phone, video, or chat to accurately diagnose and guide customers through remote repair or maintenance steps for RV systems. They must also determine when on-site service is necessary and create clear documentation or work orders for field technicians.
