The Senior Data Manager will lead end-to-end data management and governance for real-world data projects, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, standardized, and audit-ready. They will partner with internal stakeholders and sponsors to design robust data frameworks while overseeing study builds and process documentation.

The associate will manage all inquiries from Healthcare Professionals regarding access to Compassionate Use Medicines on behalf of the pharma client, acting as the primary contact point for Early Access Programs. This involves guiding HCPs through the request process, ensuring timely fulfillment, verifying ordering physicians and delivery sites, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
