Additionally, they will support advertising campaigns through channel recommendations and performance monitoring, and assist local brand promotion by collaborating with KOCs/KOLs on culturally relevant campaigns.

The role involves supporting the Brazil Country Manager to boost trading volume and user growth by coordinating cross-functional teams like Product, UI, Marketing, and Branding for local initiative execution. This position also acts as the key liaison between headquarters and local teams while building and maintaining relationships with local partners and tracking market trends.

Provide bilingual support to global users and resolve common transaction issues. Educate users on security and assist in maintaining the knowledge base.

Assist in crafting press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance brand presence. Collaborate with vendors and agencies to manage PR campaigns and coordinate press events.
