The Associate is responsible for sourcing and qualifying independent tire and service shops as acquisition targets. This involves running outbound call and email cadences to build a pipeline of leads for the Directors of Partnerships.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior management roles across multiple business units and states. Partner with operations and regional leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
