You will architect and write high-quality production code while leading the team in modernizing software development practices. The role involves integrating AI tools to increase delivery speed and building robust, scalable systems for benefits access.

The Staff Platform Engineer will drive the evolution and maturation of the production platform and developer experience by building systems that enhance speed, safety, and reduce cognitive load for other engineers. Responsibilities include tactically applying AI, collaborating with application teams to resolve bottlenecks, and designing/maintaining high-availability infrastructure.

The Sales Executive will consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives, including booking targets, by executing the full sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and objection handling. They must establish and expand strong relationships with independent, regional, and national brokerage partners to convert them into new Beam clients.
