Serve as the technical authority in the sales cycle by delivering tailored product demos and leading technical discovery for 911 centers. Partner with Account Executives to translate complex AI technology into operational value and build technical trust with stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of 20-30 accounts to ensure customer health, drive renewals, and identify growth opportunities. Act as a product expert and customer advocate to help shape the Customer Success playbook and improve the platform.

You will own end-to-end customer deployments, including system configuration, dashboard setup, and onsite user training. You will also drive change management and work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the Aurelian solution.
