Responsibilities also include active participation in design, code reviews, issue investigations, and owning the costing and scheduling for engineering activities.

The Grant Writer will research and identify public and private funding opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and draft persuasive, well-structured grant narratives using superior prose and effective storytelling. Key duties include ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting research to strengthen applications, and analyzing outcomes for future improvements.

The Fundraising Coordinator will develop and execute fundraising strategies, managing activities like grant writing, individual giving campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and special events to support the organization's mission. Key duties include researching and submitting grant proposals, cultivating donor relationships, and creating compelling fundraising communications materials.

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for partner retention and relationship strategy, ensuring partners feel valued and engaged after the initial outreach phase. Key duties include managing partner onboarding, conducting regular check-ins, resolving issues, and reporting on partnership impact.
