The appraiser will inspect residential properties, analyze market trends, and produce accurate appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards. They will also maintain client relationships and participate in ongoing company training programs.
Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships through regular engagement, structured business reviews, forecasting, product adoption, and cross-selling and upselling. Generate new business through outreach and referrals, support client onboarding, document pipeline activity, and meet retention, revenue, activity, and satisfaction KPIs.
