You will lead CON litigation engagements as the firm’s expert witness, working directly with client attorneys to build case strategy and develop evidence. You will also prepare for and give deposition testimony as required and mentor the firm’s Opposition Lead.

The Business Development Manager will own lead generation and outbound prospecting to build a sustainable pipeline across the firm's three divisions. They will also manage CRM data, draft proposals, and execute marketing campaigns to support business growth.
