The Staff DevOps Engineer will own the full DevOps and infrastructure layer, setting the foundation, defining practices, and building systems for platform operations including massive-scale email orchestration and real-time AI agent management. Key tasks involve managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS, building robust CI/CD pipelines, establishing comprehensive observability, and ensuring security and cost efficiency across the stack.

You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales process, including conducting product demos and following up with leads. The goal is to ensure a short sales cycle and successfully close deals.
