Provide administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing candidate data in the ATS and coordinating the recruiting pipeline. Handle interview scheduling and maintain professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Responsible for the development of central ERP and billing modules focusing on contracts, accounting, and time tracking. This includes translating business requirements into user stories and overseeing the process from analysis through to QA and rollout.

The Head of Integration and Scaling will serve as the central link between growth strategy and operational excellence, guiding partner companies from acquisition through full integration into the Arsipa platform. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing Post-Merger Integration plans across IT, Finance, People, and Operations, and scaling operations by implementing group-wide best practices.
