You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes for subsidiaries with a focus on volume hiring and operational roles. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting standards and employer branding.

The Head of Integration and Scaling will serve as the central link between growth strategy and operational excellence, guiding partner companies from acquisition through full integration into the Arsipa platform. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing Post-Merger Integration plans across IT, Finance, People, and Operations, and scaling operations by implementing group-wide best practices.
