Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions using the Power Platform and SharePoint Online for the IRS. Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to automate business processes and create operational reports.

Design, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 cloud architecture and governance across various services including Power Platform and SharePoint. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps, documentation, and performance monitoring strategies.

The analyst will support contractor-side quality control, deliverable review, and performance monitoring against the PWS and QASP. They are responsible for tracking corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring documentation compliance for M365 services.
