Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and operational maintenance for a federal Microsoft 365 cloud environment. Responsibilities include managing incident tickets, developing PowerShell scripts, and creating technical documentation for M365 services.

The analyst will support contractor-side quality control, deliverable review, and performance monitoring against the PWS and QASP. They are responsible for tracking corrective actions, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring documentation compliance for M365 services.

The specialist will support security, privacy, governance, and compliance settings across a federal Microsoft 365 cloud environment. Key duties include managing user permissions, data retention, and collaborating with technical teams to mitigate security risks.

Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including application development and automation. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customization for SharePoint and other M365 ecosystem services.
