The Care Coordinator manages the non-clinical intake, triage, and validation of client service requests from primary care providers. They ensure all administrative data is complete and compliant before routing requests to the clinical review team while monitoring SLAs.

You will lead the development of major features and core systems while collaborating cross-functionally to translate requirements into durable technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor team members through rigorous code reviews and take an active role in infrastructure and deployment processes.

Lead enterprise project management for strategic initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams. Define project priorities, manage dependencies, and establish execution mechanisms to ensure successful delivery and launch readiness.

The Care Coordinator will conduct high-volume provider outreach calls to close care gaps and coordinate patient care while building relationships with healthcare providers. The role also involves documenting call outcomes and maintaining follow-up schedules.
