The Explosives Safety Site Planner will perform comprehensive technical reviews of explosives safety site plans and develop quantity-distance calculations using government software. They will also provide expert recommendations to the government regarding safety plans, waivers, and mitigation strategies.

Develop and oversee safety programs throughout the system life cycle, including explosives and range safety. Serve as the primary safety interface between program offices, contractors, and government safety boards.
