The mentor guides students through an AI-focused software development course by providing 1:1 mentoring and constructive code reviews. They are also responsible for teaching the effective use of AI tools and contributing to the improvement of the curriculum.

Conduct live teaching sessions for adults covering full-stack development and AI-supported processes. Prepare and develop educational materials, exercises, and practical projects while guiding students toward the IT job market.

You will mentor 10-15 participants, providing tailored support and feedback throughout their courses. Your role includes conducting regular mentoring sessions, reviewing code, and documenting progress.

The tutor/mentor will actively guide 10-15 participants through the course via 1:1 mentoring sessions tailored to their current challenges and provide honest, constructive feedback on submitted code reviews and assignments. They will also document progress, optimize curriculum materials, and participate in weekly team discussions with other mentors and experts.
