The Sales Manager will be responsible for the independent distribution of the SRA Pro solution to clinics in North and East Germany. This includes acquiring new clinical partners and managing existing customer relationships through presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.

The role involves leading and coaching a small field sales team (2-3 Account Executives) in Northern and Eastern Germany, including onboarding and goal setting. Simultaneously, the individual will be actively engaged in field sales, responsible for acquiring new hospital clients and managing existing relationships for the SRA Pro solution.
