The Planner will review zoning applications, site plans, and land-use proposals for compliance with municipal codes. They will also conduct zoning research, provide code interpretation, and support development review workflows for municipal partners.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP plans for code compliance, verify valuations, and prepare clear written reports. Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve compliance issues, respond to inquiries, maintain permitting records, and support timely approvals.
