The Loan Partner II is responsible for taking full ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract execution, ensuring speed, accuracy, and clear communication during the early stages. Key duties include reviewing borrower documentation, submitting files for preapproval, ordering appraisals, and driving borrower responsiveness to meet deadlines.
