The Faculty Development Program Coordinator will manage the logistics for faculty conferences, workshops, and fellowship programs while maintaining accurate tracking systems. They will also serve as a primary point of contact for faculty across tribal colleges and support team operations through administrative coordination and data reporting.
The Program Officer will develop and oversee faculty professional development programs, including grant management and communities of practice. They are also responsible for evaluating program impact, writing grant reports, and maintaining strong relationships with tribal college faculty and stakeholders.
Implement and develop donor-funded student success programming to improve persistence and degree completion for Native students. Collaborate with Tribal Colleges and Universities and internal teams to provide tiered academic and career readiness support.
