The Tech Lead will own system design and end-to-end delivery of mission-critical, AWS-native services while driving architectural decisions. They are responsible for setting engineering standards, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap.

The Senior Security Specialist will advance the security engineering roadmap by strengthening detection and response capabilities and leading offensive security initiatives. They will also drive innovation in AI security and mentor Security Operations analysts to improve the overall security posture.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 commercial real estate client accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement while collaborating with Sales Executives to meet shared bookings targets.

Provide independent construction risk advisory and loan monitoring services for lenders and developers across various asset classes. Conduct due diligence, perform site inspections, and prepare detailed reports to support lending decisions and mitigate investment risks.

Lead and grow inclusive engineering teams while shaping the technical strategy for AWS-native and cloud-based platforms. Drive the practical adoption of AI tools to improve developer productivity and maintain high engineering standards across the organization.
