Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 commercial real estate client accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement while collaborating with Sales Executives to meet shared bookings targets.

Provide independent construction risk advisory and loan monitoring services for lenders and developers across various asset classes. Conduct due diligence, perform site inspections, and prepare detailed reports to support lending decisions and mitigate investment risks.

Lead and grow inclusive engineering teams while shaping the technical strategy for AWS-native and cloud-based platforms. Drive the practical adoption of AI tools to improve developer productivity and maintain high engineering standards across the organization.
