The Project Lead Engineer will lead internal and external design and engineering resources to support ongoing projects and key pursuits, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and quality for assigned projects. This role involves performing and directing detailed design work for medium to extra high voltage substations and transmission lines, including coordination, equipment specification, and construction support.

The Project Manager will contribute to project planning, track and control costs and labor, maintain customer relationships, and ensure contract compliance. They will execute projects through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle.

The Project Engineer will lead internal and external design and engineering resources to support ongoing projects and key pursuits within the Power Division, reporting to the Vice President of Utility Services. Responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and quality while directing detailed design activities for medium to extra high voltage substations and transmission lines.
