The associate will manage daily customer engagements via email, chat, and phone, providing subject matter expertise on Aidin products and services while escalating complex issues as necessary. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teammates on accurate reporting, knowledge sharing, gathering customer feedback, and assisting with onboarding and pre-certification workflows.

Own strategic client relationships from contract signature through go-live, serving as a trusted advisor. Proactively diagnose implementation challenges and co-create implementation plans to drive systemic improvements.
