The Head of Authorizations Product and Operations will lead the full lifecycle of the Prior Authorizations product, managing a cross-functional team to drive revenue and operational efficiency. This role involves negotiating with payors, defining product roadmaps, and scaling operations to reduce costs and improve patient care transitions.

The associate will manage daily customer engagements via email, chat, and phone, providing subject matter expertise on Aidin products and services while escalating complex issues as necessary. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teammates on accurate reporting, knowledge sharing, gathering customer feedback, and assisting with onboarding and pre-certification workflows.
