Telehealth Therapist
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments, and develop and update patient treatment plans. Maintain clinical records, collaborate with the treatment team and referral sources, support discharge planning, and facilitate group sessions.
