The consultant will own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance, including conducting structured interviews, assessing sales performance, and presenting high-quality shortlists within defined timelines. Daily tasks also involve thoroughly preparing candidates for client interviews, debriefing stakeholders, driving hiring urgency, and managing offer negotiations.
