ACP Early Intervention

The Service Coordinator helps families navigate the Early Intervention system by coordinating services and monitoring the Individualized Family Service Plan. They also communicate with the child's care team and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language services as ordered by the patient's physician, evaluates disorders, and plans therapeutic exercises. They also maintain communication with healthcare providers and submit necessary documentation regarding patient progress.
