Access: Supports for Living

Perform on-base and on-call duties to provide emergency mental health support and crisis intervention. Responsibilities include developing safety plans, coordinating outreach, and collaborating with law enforcement and peers.

This role oversees the hiring, onboarding, and training of direct support staff to ensure full regulatory compliance. It also involves managing payroll, timekeeping approvals, and conducting staff performance evaluations.

Provide individual, group, and family clinical services using evidence-based practices to a diverse caseload. Conduct intakes, perform psychosocial assessments, and maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records.
