This role involves leading the strategic vision for Development Operations, overseeing all grant management aspects including writing and reporting, and optimizing donor data tracking within Salesforce. The Director will also lead external funder communications and provide coaching and performance management to the Development Operations team.

This role serves as the hands-on technical lead for short-form digital series, managing everything from pre-production logistics and on-location filming, including street interviews and skits, to overseeing the final edit. Responsibilities also include ideating fresh content formats, stepping in front of the camera as on-air talent, and writing engaging scripts for social-first storytelling.
