Zoho Developer

Summary:

This role involves developing, customizing, and implementing Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books, among others. The position requires close collaboration with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions. The role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support and training to clients, while staying informed about the latest Zoho developments and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One products.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Zoho solutions.
  
• Create and configure custom modules, workflows, automations, and reports in Zoho.
  
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using APIs and Deluge scripting.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
  
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of Zoho applications.
  
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on Zoho products and customized solutions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest Zoho platform developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One.
  
• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho's API.
  
• Experience with third-party integrations using APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, WorkDrive, and other Zoho applications is a plus.
  
• Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
