As a Virtual Hospitality Consultant, you'll help clients navigate travel options, coordinate arrangements, and create seamless experiences from the initial inquiry through trip preparation.

No prior industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation objectives
• Explore accommodations, cruise vacations, transportation services, tours, and destination experiences
• Assist with booking requests through approved travel suppliers and reservation systems
• Provide information about travel products, destinations, and available promotions
• Help clients organize trip details and travel documentation
• Address questions and assist with travel-related updates as needed
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications
• Monitor supplier announcements, travel news, and promotional opportunities
• Participate in team learning sessions and ongoing development programs
