Growjoy is a paid social machine, pumping out UGC-style ads with AI avatars instead of filmed talent, and business is booming to the point their creative team need some more help.
They're not after another polished animator, they want someone who gets what makes an ad stop the scroll and can churn out 12 a day using tools like Higgsfield.
If you've got agency editing chops, you're quick on new AI tools, and you'd rather ship 10 scrappy winners than obsess over one pretty one, this is your lane.
You'll work under an already-solid, established SA team on a company that's genuinely making money and needs hands to match the demand.

The Role
What you’ll own:
AI Video Production
- Produce UGC-style ad videos using AI-generated avatars, via tools like Higgsfield or similar AI video platforms.
- Work from provided ad concepts, scripts, and reference examples to turn ideas into finished ads quickly.
Performance-Driven Execution
- Apply direct-response fundamentals: hooks, attention, audience fit, and clear calls to action.
- Adapt and write ad copy to pair with the video content.
Volume and Iteration
- Sustain a high-volume output cadence, an initial part-time target of roughly 5 to 6 ads a day.
- Learn from ad performance data and iterate quickly rather than over-polishing any single ad.
The Person
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in performance or direct-response marketing: understands hooks, audience attention, and what makes paid social content convert, more than a traditional video production background.
- Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly and independently; some hands-on experience with AI video or avatar tools is a plus but not required.
- Marketing agency or similar fast-paced content and marketing environment experience.
- High agency: picks up new software and workflows without much hand-holding.
- Comfortable with a repetitive, high-volume creative workflow rather than a slower, single-deliverable pace.
- Experience or willingness to learn tools: Higgsfield or similar AI video and avatar generation platform, plus standard editing and copy tools
