Responsibilities

  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and travel experiences
  • Present customized travel options based on client interests and timelines
  • Assist with coordinating lodging, airfare, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Support travelers with itinerary planning and travel-related information
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication channels
  • Coordinate booking requests and reservation details with travel suppliers
  • Monitor booking status, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Maintain organized client files and accurate travel records
  • Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry developments

Qualifications

  • Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or client support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using web-based applications, email, and online tools
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
