US Shipping Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM EST)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for shipping goods from China
• Create shipping proposals
• Handle Ocean Freight for international and US shipments
• Manage Amazon Global Logistics
• Update all administrative tasks related to freight

Requirements:

• Experience in international logistics, particularly with shipments from China
• Knowledge of ocean freight procedures for both international and US shipments
• Familiarity with Amazon Global Logistics
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
• Ability to create and present shipping proposals
• Attention to detail and accuracy in updating freight-related documentation
