The Travel Specialist Junior will coordinate end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa documentation. They will also provide ongoing support to employees regarding travel requests, booking changes, and expense tracking.
We are looking for a Travel Specialist Junior to join our People Partnership Team — a role focused on supporting corporate travel processes and ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel experience for our employees.
You will coordinate business trips, work with travel providers, support employees with day-to-day travel requests, and help keep travel processes organized and efficient across our international locations.
Challenges that await you:
Coordinate business trips, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel arrangements
Process employee travel requests and ensure bookings are completed accurately and on time
Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other external service providers
Support employees with visa-related travel requirements and required documentation in collaboration with internal teams
Assist employees throughout their business trips and respond to travel-related questions and requests
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other unexpected travel situations
Support travel arrangements related to employee relocation when required
Maintain accurate travel documentation, booking records, and internal data
Help keep travel guidelines, instructions, and supporting materials up to date
Support expense tracking and preparation of travel-related reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of travel request
What makes you a great fit:
Previous experience in Travel, HR, Customer Support, Administration, or another service-oriented role will be an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop in corporate travel
Ability to stay calm and find solutions when plans change unexpectedly
Comfortable working with digital tools, booking platforms, and documentation
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team, and Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking colleagues
