Travel Sales Consultant (Remote)

About the Opportunity

Do you have a passion for travel and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable vacations? We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Sales Consultants.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to plan and book cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, tours, vacation packages, and other travel experiences. Whether you're new to the travel industry or have previous experience in sales or customer service, we provide training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals.
• Research and recommend destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Prepare customized travel quotes and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients.
• Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and online booking tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
