Responsibilities

• Assist clients with selecting travel arrangements that fit their needs and preferences
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Review travel options using approved booking systems and supplier resources
• Answer client questions and provide information regarding destinations and travel services
• Process reservation requests and verify booking details
• Support itinerary updates and travel-related adjustments when needed
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications
• Participate in virtual workshops, team meetings, and training programs
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, travel updates, and industry developments
