Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and interests
• Assist with researching vacation options, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Help organize travel arrangements using approved supplier and booking platforms
• Share destination information and travel-related resources with clients
• Support itinerary preparation, reservation tracking, and booking confirmations
• Respond to client questions and provide assistance throughout the planning process
• Maintain organized records of travel requests and client communications
• Stay informed about supplier programs, promotions, and destination updates
• Participate in coaching sessions, training workshops, and educational programs
