Job Description:

Job Summary
Position is responsible for maintaining processes assigned to the TOMS team. Position supports the appropriate models based on the existing customer requirements, current standard process, and potential customized processes.

Position continuously reviews assignments to ensure profiles/methods are properly maintained. Additionally, the position is responsible for supporting the efficiency improvements through process standardization, training, and elimination/consolidation of activity assignments.

Development Activities:

• Work directly with the account team to ensure all requests are evaluated.
• Develop solutions to meet requirements from the account team or customer.
• Documents processes for all new requests.
• Coordinate/conduct training on TOMS assigned activities.
• Ensure requests achieve “Go-Live” date expectations.
• Provide support to address any process/profile updates or improvement requirements.
• Periodical reviews of TOMS activities to define/implement quantifiable improvements in the process/methods associated with the developed solutions (process standardization, training, elimination/consolidation of activities).

Qualifications:

• Computer, Communication and Organizational Skills
• Proficiency with Windows and all MS Office products, Excel and Access in particular REQUIRED (minimum 5 years’ experience)
• Proficiency with QLIK Analytics software (MIST/IA) PREFERRED
• UPS System knowledge and Experience (E2K, FGV, BRIO, NRT, ETT, QVM)
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL PREFERRED
• Knowledge of International Transportation & Logistics
• Knowledge of UPS Small Package products
• Intermediate English REQUIRED
