We are looking for a Technical Presales Manager with strong expertise in Atlassian solutions to support business development across LATAM and U.S. markets. This role will act as a key technical partner to the sales organization, leading complex presales cycles and contributing to strategic account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, scoping, and support in proposal development.

  • Design tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Deliver product demos, webinars, and proof‑of‑value sessions using Jira Software, Confluence, Guard, Rovo, and related tools.

  • Identify and qualify opportunities related to Cloud migrations, Cloud‑first implementations, modernization, and managed services.

  • Coordinate presales initiatives across different technical teams.

  • Promote best practices in development ecosystems, repositories, and IaC frameworks.

  • Represent knowmad mood in client meetings and industry events.

  • Build long‑term relationships with strategic accounts and help identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Software/Solutions Architect with experience in enterprise solution design and implementation.

  • 5+ years as a Technical Lead working with agile methodologies.

  • 5+ years in technology sales, SaaS, or cloud transformation projects.

  • Experience in presales or sales of Atlassian or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical solutions to senior stakeholders.

  • Atlassian certifications are a plus.

  • Residence in Mexico, with occasional availability for onsite customer meetings.
