Technical PM (Developer Background)

We are looking for a Technical PM with Software Development Background to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams for a luxury e-commerce company.

This hybrid role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and hands-on software development. You will work with merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions, while at times also building internal applications using AI tools and prototype LLM/automation solutions, helping take successful ideas into production.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, Product Engineering, or a similar

• Hands-on software development experience

• Strong experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders

• Proven experience conducting requirements gathering

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools

• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and actionable engineering work

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts, limitations, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
