ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for an experienced  Survey Programmer with ConfirmIT expertise to ensure quality delivery and optimize processes. This role involves designing and scripting surveys, collaborating with teams, troubleshooting technical challenges and improving efficiency.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a ConfirmIT Expert and support advanced & Reportal scripting needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient survey scripts.
  • Script surveys using Survey Designer and Authoring in ConfirmIT.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Follow programming standards and contribute to process improvements.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in ConfirmIT survey scripting.
  • Experience with Survey Designer, Authoring, Reportal, and panel management in ConfirmIT.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and survey logic.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools as needed.
  • Willing to work in AU/SG time zones and collaborate with global teams.
