The STARS College Advisor provides remote and in-person academic and college counseling to high school students to guide their post-secondary strategies. They also manage stakeholder relationships, lead educational workshops, and contribute to recruitment initiatives and program performance analysis.

The STARS (Small Town and Rural Students) College Advisor at Notre Dame will be a member of the University's Undergraduate Enrollment Strategic Recruitment and Scholarship Engagement team. They will also join a team of other STARS college advisors across the country (based in Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas). The STARS college advisor will remotely advise high school students through the college process at 6-8 schools. This includes virtual meetings with students, presentations on applying to college, and regular in-person site visits to assigned schools.
