  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate business teams to translate financial and supply chain requirements into stable technical solutions.

  • Standards & Code Reviews: Develop and enforce rigorous coding and technical design standards, conducting peer code reviews to ensure platform performance, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers within the ERP engineering team.

  • Release Management: Stay up to date with NetSuite bi-annual releases , evaluating new features, managing impact analyses, and proactively recommending optimizations to eliminate manual work.

  • CI/CD & Source Control Expertise: Hands-on experience building and maturing NetSuite-SDF and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines for version-controlled customization, automated deployment, and disciplined change management in enterprise ERP environments.

About You:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in ERP development, with 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise in NetSuite development and hands-on SuiteScript architecture.

  • Operational Transaction Awareness: Working understanding of Transfer Orders (TOs), Item Receipts (IRs), and Item Fulfillments (IFs) and how these inventory transactions impact financial postings, landed cost, intercompany flows, reconciliation, and downstream reporting.
