2. Client Collaboration & Product Thinking

Take the lead in client communication for assigned projects.
Collaborate with clients to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.
Understand the client’s vision and translate it into actionable technical and product outcomes.
Add value beyond implementation by researching ideas, competitors, and industry best practices, contributing with a product-oriented mindset.
Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, helping shape solutions rather than just executing requirements.

3. Collaboration & Cross-Team Alignment

Collaborate closely with other Team Leads, Senior Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and high standards across teams.
Share learnings, challenges, and solutions across teams to continuously improve engineering practices.
Support a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

4. Process, Standards & Policy Enforcement

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in software development, including Senior Software Engineer or Principal-level roles
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js And Next.js)
Proven track record in building responsive, high-performance web applications
Hands-on involvement in client communication and team coordination
Strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members
