Collectively’s Business Affairs team is responsible for commercial agreements, negotiation, and consultation related to partnering with creators and delivering creator marketing campaigns. Together with outside counsel, business stakeholders, and our larger operations and finance teams, Business Affairs oversee creator agreements, outside production vendor agreements, sweepstakes/giveaways, and SAG-related questions and services.
As a key contributor on the Business Affairs team, you will play a critical role in managing influencer and vendor agreements as well as offering a first line of advisement for questions related to creator programs (including but not limited to events, sweepstakes, giveaways, and SAG-AFTRA).
The Business Affairs Manager is an expert in contract management and process optimization, responsible for overseeing and enhancing contract workflows. This role makes heavy use of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to manage workflows, redlines, amendments, and lead negotiations efficiently. The successful candidate will actively and independently engage with various internal teams, clients, and external counsel when necessary to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration. A high degree of enthusiasm for teamwork and strong communication skills are essential..
The pay range for this position is $98,000 to $110,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
